WOD it is an abbreviation which know all the sportsmen: Workout of the day. The app WOD-Timer is created by professional trainers for at-home workouts, in the street or in the gym.

The app contains examples of exercises with descriptions, which you can perform both separately and in complex. The results of daily workouts are put down in detailed and very convenient journal. Also for the convenience of users are provided different sound schemes and classic iOS design: the main page of WOD-Timer looks like timer/stopwatch on iPhone.

The app is very usefull in your training is crossfit of tabata training but The support of the app is very poor because I wrote twice alt the support and e very time the answer was that my suggestions were good but there isnt a future plan of improoving the app with mine suggestions
This is a great tool to pace your workouts. The only thing Im hoping for in newer versions is a compound function to diversify routines, sets variations in rep counts as timing.
Excellent and lovely app. Just one feedback, you could include an option to customize the timers (now only can be able to set each 5 seconds). I will really happy if you could implement this option in the next version. The app works very neat and simple.
App works great! Theres space for future improvement. I think developers will work on it...

Some bad moments

Bought because its supposed to work with I watch. I was hoping for more than a remote control. I was hoping that timer would sound/vibrate through watch. Watch is just remote control for app.
I love this app and use it all the time. Helps keep me focused! I like creating my own workouts and playing my own music. (Took me a bit to figure out that I had to turn iTunes on first).
